Welcome at Sud Containers

History

1969

Creation of Sud Containers in Marseilles by Fabre and TCIM ( Industrial and Maritime Piping Boiler making ),
with a status of GIE (Economic Grouping d'Intérêt).

1974

Creation of the deposit of Port St Louis.

1986

Repurchase of the Fabre shares by the Chargeurs Réunis.
Sud Containers is now a GIE composed by the Chargeurs Réunis and TCIM.

1987

the Delmas group (subsidiary company of the group Bolloré technology),
repurchases before the share of The Chargeurs Réunis, then that of TCIM.

1992

Sud Containers entirely forms part of the Delmas group.

1997

Creation of the deposit of Lyon.

2000

Repurchase of Sud Containers by the group Arnal.
Sud Containers becomes SAS (Joint stock company Simplified) with the capital of 40 000 €.
Repurchase of the deposit of Rouen with Dranguet & Gopois.
